One of the project's major purposes is to disseminate and promote the ecological importance of habitat 9590* Cedrus brevifolia forests, as well as to raise public awareness on the targeted habitat. Further, the project's dissemination activities also include the promotion of its objectives, progress and results to local and overseas managers and scientists.

The dissemination and promotion of the above targets is carried out through the design and the implementation of the communication strategy, which includes preparing and disseminating promotion material on a regular basis, participating in scientific conferences, presentations in television/radio programmes etc.

The information materials produced by the LIFE-KEDROS project are also available at electronic format, to the general public and/or stakeholders through the project's website.
